You will draft and review commercial contracts for our corporate clients — supply, cooperation, service, framework and non-disclosure agreements. The focus of the work is contract law under §§ 145 ff. BGB and the standards for commercial general terms and conditions under §§ 305 ff. BGB.

Support RA Hans-Dieter Keller in preparing, recording and processing notarial deeds — corporate resolutions, articles-of-association amendments, share transfers, powers of attorney and other declarations. You manage electronic files, liaise with clients and authorities, and serve as the interface to fee accounting (GNotKG).
What we are looking for:
Strengthen the team of tax adviser Angelina Egner. You work on the tax aspects of contract drafting and corporate transactions for our corporate clients — including the preparation of fee statements, VAT classification of cross-border services, and support of client enquiries.
What we are looking for:
For law students in the main course of study or in the Referendariat. You work on real mandates, research specific BGH and OLG decisions and support the professionals on contract drafts — with direct practical exposure to corporate contract law and notarial practice.
